Tuckshop @ 21 Tanjong Pagar Road

Let's meet at the Tuckshop for lunch today. No, not at the tuckshop in school, but a Shoplot at Tanjong Pagar Road. A colleague had emailed us a few links to pick for lunch. We like what we saw, and off we went.



If the outside does not look tuckshop-py, maybe the looks inside will look more tuckshop. :-)



We had 8 of us today for lunch. 4 arrived earlier so we ordered some onion rings to munch while we waited. It came just in time when the other 4 walked in. So 'ngam ngam'. They got to eat it too! haha...



What did we have? 2 of us had the Fish & Chips. $9.50
It was a big piece of fish! It's suppose to be a higher grade of fish too according to ieatishootipost.



1 colleague had the Steak Sandwich $13.50 that had raving review by Leslie of ieatishootipost

Ms Preggie had the 2 mushroom Sandwich. $7.50
She liked her sandwich especially that big portobello . She had a side dish of Caesar Salad as well.



I had the Roast Chicken Sandwich $7.50 plus nutmeg mash potato as side.

You did your math correctly, what did the other 3 have? Same thing! We had 4 Roast Chicken Sandwich. haha...



I like the sandwich, you know the first bite you take, you know you will like it.
You can visit their website (www.tuckshop.com.sg) for more info, but I think it's a bit outdated. The prices for some orders have gone up and yet to be reflected.
