2 ... 2 ...It was a cold day and a colleague said, i want to have "qing" soup today. Whenever she says that, its means we are going to have macaroni for lunch. So off we are go to downstairs to pack this. Pack because there are very few tables to sit at this place and its crowded that we just pack it upstairs to the pantry to eat.
Its a very light, yet flavourful soup. No signs of MSG. It has carrots, mushrooms and chicken mince with macaroni. It goes best with their little red cut chilli.
